I need someone to see if I'm doing this right. I click on Create New Topic and choose photo gallery. it brings me here. I upload my pix and I get emails showing it is in photo gallery, but the actual file doesn't show on the photo gallery emails I get every morning. Am I doing this right?
This is what I got. It was real windy and cold. Only this one bird was there. I could not get closer than this and the cam shook real bad. I drove south thru Corpus and could not find any birds other than gulls.

I like your composition, though I'd also be curious to see it cropped so bird is not directly in center.

STRONGLY recommend you get rid of the date/time stamp!

I believe the way the topics list works, that you see in the emails, has to do with how much traffic a certain thread is receiving. After you've done your upload, you can click on "New Topics" at top of page and you will see your item there. I've started using "New topics" to view others' posts, but I have a lot of free time, so can go through pages and pages of 'em :)

UV filter maybe? Blue cast through out entire picture also I agree kill the date stamp, takes away from the shot....unless it's an evidence shot......metadata will have this info if really needed and it won't be in the shot,

Thank you all for the favorable comments. I'm not happy with it. I've decided I need zoom lens so I can get closer. The highway dept build a wooden structure so you are not in danger of getting run over. I used the cam zoom and still was not close enough.
That blue is probably the one I used photo enhancement thru Paint shop pro.
And ok, date is gone.
