This spider over-wintered on my front porch.

Very nice. Your right Tom spring is real close. I seen a fly yesterday out on my back porch.
Some people hate spiders but, photos like these show their true beauty. Great shots. Let us know what happens to her.

Will do. This spider lives on my front porch and during the 20's F temperature was jammed in a corner next to a porch light. It could be that the heat from this light kept her (?) alive. My information is that they may live as long as a year. This one is about that old.
I have a Jumper that lives under my front porch light and I also leave the light on when it gets below 40 degrees. Just when I think she has left or die, I see her again. Has doubled in size since I first saw her. She's to fast too wise to my camera.
