The very first picture in this series is mislabeled CNN Tower.
It is THE CN TOWER. This is the sort of thing that ENRAGES us Canadians. CNN has no corporate existence in Canada. CN stands for Canadian National, one of the two national railways, which at the time of the tower's construction was heavily involved in telecommunications.
Near the tower is a hotel which formerly was called "L'hotel" which is the French contraction for "Le Hotel." It is pronounced LOW-TELL. But our American tourists insisted on calling it "The L Hotel." (Maybe that's why they changed the name.)
Why must American tourists assume that everything outside their borders must relate to them.

It's that ugly American thing, see it all the time when I travel internationally, that "Cops of the world mentality". At least now, after 66 years on the planet, I finally found out what enrages a Canadian. Didn't know it was possible. :-D :-D :-D

Hey muskoka magnetawan here relax my friend show our canadian spirit and dont sweat the small stuff !!!
where abouts in Muskoka eh ??
My first thought was maybe it's a typo (you have both words spelled wrong in your title - unless that was on purpose, to make a point), and second thought is, how do you know an American took the photo?
However, you are absolutely right about Americans seeing the world through our own eyes only. First couple of weeks I was on this site, I saw two American posts disputing the ID of a British bird and an Australian mammal. No excuse for us; you just gotta endure, I guess.
