I went to use the spot removal tool in LR 4.3 and the second circle that lets you select the new area to cover a spot has disappeared. Is there a setting that I hit by mistake to cause this and does any one know how to correct it. Thank you for your help.

Click on Tools then hover over the Tool Overlay choice then select Always Show or use the keyboard shortcut (Ctrl+Shift+H)
