Strange e-mail I received about your President

I received this e-mail from an English friend this evening. I don't know how he got it, so I have no idea whether the facts are correct, but is seems very odd. Just wondered whether some of you, whose President he is, could enlighten me about this. Is it complete rubbish? Please note, I am not trying to stir up a controversy about your President: I respect him and your country, but am quite disturbed by this and would like to know whether you all think there is any basis in this, or whether someone is just stirring trouble. I think, from the tone of it, and the fact that it says "we have a President...." it probably originated in America, but I don't know, and I'm not making any point about that. Please don't jump all over me: I just don't understand these apparent discrepancies and hope that you can clear this up for me. E-mail follows:

Fact or Conspiracy? Very Interesting

DECIDE FOR YOURSELF

1. Back in 1961 people of colour were called "Negroes".
So why / how can the Obama 'birth certificate' state he is
'African-American'when the term wasn't even coined or used at that time?

2. The birth certificate that the White House released Lists Obama's
birth as August 4, 1961, and Barack Hussein Obama as his father.

No big deal, right? At the time of Obama's birth, it also shows that
his father is aged 25 years old, and that Obama's father was born in "
Kenya, East Africa."
This wouldn't seem like anything of concern, except the fact that Kenya did not even exist until 1963, two whole years after Obama's birth, and 27 years after his father's birth. How could Obama's father have been born in a Country that did not yet exist? Up and until Kenya was formed in 1963, it was known as the " British East Africa Protectorate".
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kenya_

3. On the birth certificate released by the White House, the listed place of birth is "Kapi'olani Maternity & Gynaecological Hospital". This cannot be possible, because the hospital(s) in question in 1961 were called "KauiKeolani Children's Hospital" and "Kapi'olani Maternity Home", respectively. The name did not change to Kapi'olani
Maternity & Gynaecological Hospital until 1978, when these two hospitals merged. How can this particular name of the hospital be on a birth Certificate dated 1961 if this name had not yet been applied to
it until 1978?
http://www.kapiolani.org/women-and-children/about-us/default.aspx

4. Why hasn't this been discussed in the major media?
Perhaps a clue comes from Obama's book on his father. He states how proud he is of his father fighting in WW II. Unfortunately, Barack Obama's "birth certificate" says his father was 25 years old (or 27 as the case might be see above) in 1961 when he was born. That should have put his father's date of birth approximately 1936. Now we need a non-revised history book-one that hasn't been altered to satisfy the author's goals-to verify that WW II was basically between 1939 and 1945. Just how many 3 year olds fight in wars?
Even in the latest stages of WW II his father wouldn't have been more
than 9.
Does that mean that Mr. Obama is a liar, or simply chooses to alter the facts to satisfy his imagination or political purposes?

"Wedding ring is in for repair"
Since when does a plain wedding band need repairs, along with your watch, for a whole month?
Another piece falls into place. In a press conference last week Obama was not wearing his wedding ring nor was he wearing his watch. When noticed, his staff said his ring was out for repairs.
No reason was given for the missing watch.
So it's just a coincidence that Muslims are forbidden from wearing jewellery during the month of Ramadan?
Can't possibly be that, because although he hasn't gone to a Christian church service since entering the White House, we know he's a committed Christian "cause he said so during his campaign!"
........And I've got a bridge to nowhere to sell you also.

This is the same president that spent the Christmas holidays in Hawaii to avoid religious obligations as PRESIDENT at the White House.
His children do not receive Christmas presents.
Let's just face the facts and quit trying to distort the truth, we have a Muslim for president in the White House, and he has no knowledge of American history.

Oh dear, charlie. I hope this isn't going to get ugly. Not being American, I only know what our press says about your President, and I have never heard or read anything in our Press about these "facts" - or "non-facts" as the case may be. Our Press is, on the whole, complimentary about him.

Well, not everything in the email is true, for one there is no line for the ethnicity of the child, only its parents.

I've an idea. Why don't you mind your own business and leave us Yanks alone. We threw you out in 1776 and you no longer have a say here.
While you're at it, why don't you check your history books and you'll find Kenya was a British Colony before it became a country, but it was still called Kenya.

It's a bag of worms you opened here believe me.

There are so many questions about this guy in our countries oval office you could not get them in an email that could be sent over any ISP due to it's size.

I feel we've been duped and nobody wants to accept the blame for it.

Too many unanswered questions and too little facts and documentation on this guy.

He's out at the end of this term. Unless he starts something to end the term limit set years ago and changes President to King.

Hey Frank, do they have a Tea Party over in the UK? Seems only southern bigots would ever question the president's past... What's goin on?

There is a very small group of people in the US who are so delusional they are unable to accept the reality that the President of the United States is an American citizen. Most of them wear tin foil hats.

I received this e-mail from an English friend this... (show quote)

Sarah, I think this is very brave of you to post this. I had a email a few weeks ago from something or body I had never heard of before, telling me that "Sandy Hook" was a fix and made up. I copied and posted the email on this site and asked if anyone had any knowlege of these alegations and got slated by a member in the US for it. Like you, I asked the question, not for a load of verbal abuse, a civil answer would have sufficed. Take notice of members like Sarge69 and a few others on here, you will get explanations from them that may make sense, rather than be shouted down by a few. At the end of the day, the majority of the US voted Obama back in, being it right or wrong is there problem. Every country learns from it's mistakes, as we do in the UK. All you are asking is "is there any truth in this" yes/no end of. Not to be verbally abused for daring to ask the question!

Not sure of the validity of all the claims in the e-mail. But, it has been established that the "birth certificate" is full of adulterated information and deceptive photoshop processing.

Almost everything about Obama is a fraud. History will bring out so many details hidden to us right now. But it will be too late to correct every wrong that his lies have created for America. The worldwide repercussions will go on for years.

A Google search brings up a lot of information about the fakiness of the certificate. Some of this is probably true, some probably unverified. But, it doesn't hurt to be aware of some of the information that is out there:
