These are recent photos from one of my favorite stomping grounds. It looks as if two of the pictures are sideways; if so I don't know what to do about it so hopefully not. Hope you like them. Tell me how I could improve them, besides having them right side up!

Thanks to PhotoJoe, Viscountdriver, and Cecil; that's what I needed to know. It was a very dark day and I already made some adjustments to the photos, but since I don't see my pictures on anyone else's computer I don't know how they appear. I do know that my prints often come out darker than I expect. How do I remedy this? I do have a tendency to underexpose a bit, but could it also be that I need to adjust my monitor somehow so that the images are more accurate?

I have a photo or two that I'd like to enter in a contest, but since it's all online now I won't know how they look at the other end. Any suggestions? And again, thank you.
