Just kidding people it was a joke about the Gym. I am actually in pretty good shape for an 80-year-old. I walk my dog 2 miles every morning. Weather permitting. I run a 5K 3 days a week. Nothing to brag about, it takes me 39 -42 min. Still doing pretty good after surviving prostate cancer and Chronic lymphocytic leukemia. By no means am I trying to brag or impress you, I'm trying to stay healthy. If you are in a rut, force yourself to exercise a few days a week. It will help you both mentally and physically. Get an e-bike if that gets you off the couch and out of the house. Take a hike and take some photos.

I think you didn't read the fine print. It's not enough to pay the membership fee you also have to go to the gym and exercise.
Wow did not know that! May have to rethink this whole thing
No progress since I joined the gym five months ago. Tomorrow, I'm going down there in person to see what the problem is. They told me if I joined, I would lose up to 15 pounds.
Wow who would have thought!
Who remembers the operator saying "NUMBER PLEASE"? My number was 127OR. Kindergarten Grade school Sherwood 1 9449 SH1-9449 My Grandmother's farm Phone number was 2 longs and a short on line 15. I AM OLD!
This discussion is getting heavy. What we have here is an Semordnilap! LOL
What is a Semordnilap?
A palindrome is a word or phrase that is the same forwards and backwards, but a semordnilap ("palindromes" backwards) is a word that becomes a different word when read backwards. Get it, smug/gums? stop/pots god/dog swap/paws desserts/stressed These are also known as a Levidrome. Enough with the "NERD" talk. Google the words if it still does not make sense.
Google it, lots of ways defined. ยบ Hold option and zero key
Looks like Sacred Heart University Pioneers Fairfield, Connecticut SHU *** Sacred Cross?? Great Photos
Do you wear the old guy uniform? White New Balance tennis shoes, tube socks, plaid shorts, tee shirt with stupid saying on it that you bought on vacation. If this is you, you are in the old guy club.
This is a tour of the museum. I found it to be a good presentation and YouTube film. I have been by the Museum several time but never went in. I did see the traveling exhibit at the Denver Museum of Nature & Science. This is a long movie but I am sure you will find it very informative and worth your time.
