I had the same problem. Click on the “resource” tab which has you sign in to your Sony account, then the process starts.

Mike, Super images. Did you get to see Clint Eastwood in Carmel?

Actually I live here, part time anyway. We see Clint around often. He’s a wonderful citizen of the community.

Had some great sunsets at Christmas and New Years Day. The picture of the surfer dude was cropped from the other picture. Sony a7iii, 24-105mm. Low light. Pleased with the camera!

Although several hundred miles away, the smoke changes the complexion of the day...

In the midst of the tragedies from fires going on North and South of us, affecting friends and thousands of families, this little respite to watch this unusual sunset helped! shining thru the smoke. Carmel Beach

Get ahold of an Adobe expert on tech chat instead of asking here.

Do you mean tech support at Adobe or an Adobe expert on this forum? (I’ve noticed quite a few Adobe LR savy people helping on this Main Photography forum)

I use two Mac computers and a system using DropBox which keeps all my document files so that anything I store on one computer is seamlessly available on the other. Since updating LR CC, I get a message each time I open LR "Cloned hard drive" and instructions that want me to delete the LR Library and download it from the cloud. Any idea how I can get rid of this nuisance?

Beautiful! I'm trying to learn how to do moonshots similar to this. Would you mind sharing your camera, lens, settings for this shot?

You are probably not taking advantage of Sony's lens profiles. Adobe's PS and LR, Capture One and other programs use the profiles to correct for lens design compromises.

Change you editor if it doesn't have this feature or if it does turn it on.

I use Lightroom CC. I can use chromatic aberrations and lens corrections for raw images. But for JPEG, my lens is not available. Instead the only selection is for a Sony 18-200mm lens. But even if I could correct, I find that 12mm is wider than I need.

I have a Sony a7iii, with the 24-105mm G 4.0 lens which I'm very happy with. I just bought a 12-24mm G lens thinking I needed a wide angle for landscape/sunset shots but the distortion at the lower end is too much. Plus I don't seem to get the sharpness I see with the 24-105 G lens. So i'm returning the 12-24mm, and shopping for a 35mm prime. I noticed that a lot of my shots are at 35-50mm. I want the 35mm prime to use for walk around so it's not so big/heavy but I still want it to be sharp. Considering the Sony Sonnar T* FE 35mm f/2.8 ZA Lens, and the Sony Distagon T* FE 35mm f/1.4 ZA Lens.

Should I consider a manual focus lens? What's an "art"lens? Which other lens (30-40mm) should I consider

Any suggestions appreciated!

Having much fun learning about photography and using the new Sony a7iii, 24-105mm G lens. Here's a few shots just down the road in Big Sur. The Bixby Bridge, and a shot from Nepenthe of horses near the ocean. I notice that the colors look more manipulated when saved to the JPEG small file size?

Does the recharge truck run on petrol or batteries ? And how does it generate the power used to recharge a car ?

Just call AAA. Their trucks have a variety of ways to recharge an EV, ranging from Lithium Ion battery packs to level 2 (240v) generators to level 3 (quick charge generators providing about 100 miles of range in less than and hour) Check it out: https://electrek.co/2016/09/06/aaa-ev-emergency-charging-truck/

I'm driving my 3rd electric car now since 2010. My current EV, a Tesla model 3 goes 315 miles on a charge. Maybe the range goes down if you 1. Drive aggressively, with fast starts and over 80MPH, 2. If it's really cold like in the 30's F. But you need to be capable of reading the battery gage (similar to a gas gage), and knowing what your range will be. If you run out of battery, it's not much different than running out of gas. First, it's preventable with a little foresight. Second, if it happens you can call a recharge truck who can do a 20 min charge to get you to safety. By 2025 the forecast is that 55% of vehicles sold will be EV's. Time to get used to them!
