Sounds like a poor piece of engineering when a camera lens and bend the mount it is supposed to be mounted on. Especially when it is stored and unused. What happens when it is out of it's case and being used and moved about.
And I use old Nikon equipment.

Scotch or Gorilla brands of spray phot adhesive. Why go through the bother of mixing a 2 part adhesive.
There is a spray adhesive to secure photo paper to just about anything. Check the can for "non-yellowing" Check Amazon or local craft stores.
Go ahead and buy it from a company that allows returns and exchanges. Try it out with your kit and photo techniques. Why rely on others opinions? My likes are not your likes.
Try US Postal Service money orders. Can be used in multiples for more expensive items. Simple

I have a Nikkor F mount manual (Nikon prong), 50~300 f4.5 that I was given from an estate. It is quite a chunk of glass.
I would like to have the mount converted to Ai to fit a D200 or D7200 slr.
Does anyone have a possible source for the mounting kit and shop to do this. I have been told that there may, in someone's old obsolete equipment drawer.
