Yup, that's quite a load dc3legs! We had a couple D10's at the bulk transfer terminal I worked at back in Louisiana. It was a lot of machine!

Yes that is a big one and it looks like a 38 wheel truck and trailer to me. I'm not sure I'd want to be around him on the road. Nice set and thanks for sharing.

I once saw a main battle tank on a truck at 29 Palms Marine base in CA. I counted 56 tires on the ground. The guy driving the rig was pretty small, but he had it all under control.

Notice that they removed the blade to reduce the weight. Wonder how many states they we going through and had to file overweight permits?

Nine dual tired axles plus the heavy duty front axle makes this rig capable of hauling in excess 180,000 pounds combined truck and load weight. The blades are transported on another truck because they would otherwise be too wide. And depending on the destination, the cabs are taken off to reduce the load height. And sometimes the tracks to reduce width, height, and weight.

I would have to say that the truck and trailer weigh more than 15 tons. Taking off the blade, the ripper, cab and tracks brings the transport weight down to legal by special permit.
