"The Eurasian Collared Dove most often simply called the Collared Dove, also sometimes hyphenated as Eurasian Collared-dove is a species of dove native to Asia and Europe, and also recently introduced in North." They are numerous here, but pretty. I have a pair that hang out in my yard (of course I do feed the birds).
Hey Greg, here in northern Fort Collins, we only got at inch. Keep wondering why we are always over looked !!! Need the moisture badly :)
Those are awesome pictures, the history behind these beautiful buildings give me goose bumps.
Beautiful shots and I love the montage.
OMgosh those are awesome and I agree with Perilin, they would make great Christmas cards.
The pictures are beautiful, well done.
It could be a Mississippi Kite
I love the owls, my favorite. Do you have a rehab facility or do you hunt with these birds? I volunteer for the Rocky Mountain Raptor Program in Colorado and we have a great horned owl and a long owl as our educational birds.
I love them all, but especially the design of #6. Have you ever toured the inside of them?
Very beautiful. The sun has been that brilliant red/orange these past few evenings. What setting did you use to capture the sun's color?
These pictures really help a person identify the red shoulder hawk. We don't have them in Colorado, or I will say very rarely. Thank you.
Wow what wonderful pictures. They sure are photogenic and funny. I am going to save them (hope that is OK)
Yes it is a privilege - I volunteer for Rocky Mountain Raptor Program where we rehabilitate raptors and the permanently disabled are trained and used for educational ambassadors. The "Little Owl", pictured in the bird book I picked up in Ireland, looks very similar to our Burrowing Owl.
