All of these photos were taken this week. On the east coast of North Carolina. So somethings live and somethings die. I love the bee photo. Also the first photo reminds me of fall in Illinois where I grew up.

Were you on the north shore? Where did you visit? We love to go to Tahaiti Nui its in Hanalei. Best pizza on the north shore. Well it has kalua pork and fresh pineapple on it. Sorry I must be hungry. LOL

Thank you so much! It’s hard to get a good underwater photo. As you probably know. This was our 3rd trip there we absolutely love it! We plan to go back this summer.

I absolutely love love love the 2nd one!! But I do have a question for you roadrunner. Did you layer photos? How do you get it b&w on the sides?

I just wanted to say Thank You to everyone for the warm welcome and helpful tips. The editing system I use is PIXlr I was told to try paint.net. Which is the best editing system out there?

The first pic is a experiment with shadows. I had to get on a ladder to get the shot. The 2nd shot was easy to get my niece loves the bath! The 3rd pic is messing with macro and reflection. The last pic just kind of happened. If anyone has suggestions on how to make these better. I am all ears. I am just trying to find what I am good at taking photos of.

Hi! My name is Erica. I have been taking photos for about a year now. But, I love doing it! I would just like to get some input on some of my photos. I appreciate any help I can get. So my first question is are the shadows dark enough on this picture? How can I make them darker? I have been messing around with editing it and I just cant get the colors I want.
