Today I was going to print a few Christmas photos on my Pro100 and they came out with a lot of reds and no blacks, grays, etc. so I knew I had to run a nozzle check. The nozzle check showed that none of the Group 2 inks were coming through (black, grays, cyan). So I ran a cleaning cycle on this group, followed by another nozzle check....no change. This was followed by 2 deep cleanings and nozzle checks and still nothing shows in that group.
At this point, two of my inks are down to the point that they will soon need replaced, and I don't have a spare lt-gray to replace it. This problem has happened twice before and I was able to get it going after a deep cleaning.
Any ideas what I should do now? Do I need a head replacement?

Take the print head out and put a drop or two of windex on the clogged colors and that should fix the problem
