Very nice shots. I especially love the lighthouse.
My uncle bought a white one exactly like this one. I loved that car. I was heartbroken when he told me he was going to sell it. I cheered up when he showed up at our house in his new '67 corvette convertible. It was the one with the optional hard top. He kept it for 2 years, but had to sell it because he collected too many speeding tickets. He offered it to me for $4,000, but I couldn't afford it at the time, since I was a senior in college. I would have killed myself in it. It had a 427/450 engine.
Great shots of a beautiful old car.
My first camera was also a Kodak Instamatic 50. I bought it just before I went into the Marine Corps, I remember I had my Mom send it to me right after I got out of Boot Camp. My second camera was a a Nikon F Chrome, which I bought while serving in Marine Corps. Unfortunately it was destroyed in a fire fight. ( it probably saved my life) My next camera, which I purchased in 1975 was a Minolta SRT 102. I ended up buying several lenses and filters. I ended up getting away from photography for almost 3 decades, due to being busy with businesses and personal life. I got back into it in the late 1990’s when digital cameras came onto the scene, starting with a Panasonic camera that stored images on floppy disks. Then I bought my first Nikon digital camera, the Coolpix 950. I started buying the Nikon DSLR’s, starting with the D5000. I kept trading up until I purchased a D500, then a D850. I still shoot with both the D500 and D850, with a variety of lenses. Being 73 years old, I think the 500 and 850 will probably be the last new cameras I will ever buy. I’ve sold off all my other cameras ( including that Minolta SLR 102 and all the lenses and filters to a young lady taking a college film course, for $50.00.) She was thrilled to get them.
Trump will never be gone. He’ll keep coming back like a bad radish.
Pretty shot, but Please keep it in Iowa!!
I’ve had bad experiences with UPS, Fed Ex, and USPS over the years. It’s luck if the draw. My advice is to pack it like you always do. Leave the experimental packing to someone else.

Exactly what I did. And I do not miss it.
Trump should put on his Big Boy pants. He lost a legal election. He should start preparations for the defense in all the court cases he’ll be involved in, now that he’ll be a civilian as of 12:00 Noon on January 20.
Great National Tradition.
Good capture. I was disappointed that we had clouds in Northern Illinois.
Paul, I love your pictures and narrative about Graceland. When I was around the age of 5 (about 68 years ago) my two aunts use to take me there on Sunday’s, to leave flowers and tidy up the graves of my grandparents. Believe it orbit, I actually used to love the trips. I still have very vivid memories of a 5 year old’s adventure.
Beautiful picture of a majestic animal. The picture pretty much tells what the Bear’s feelings toward intruders.
