Have a Windows 10 computer? Can do simple editing of your .jpg right in there. Perhaps a good way to practice modification at no cost.
The I-Pad is really limited. We get the Philadelphia Inquirer and New York Times everyday, and the information that is available more than enough. Specifically the local details to your neighborhood.
The on line services don't have the time to go into the detail the Philadelphia Inquirer has, much of this detail is never seen except in the newspaper. Besides the on line reader's attention span can't last that long.
I have an electric power washer which works fine for maintaining brickwork and concrete walkways. The mold or discoloration still comes back the next year. My only suggestion is you can do a lot of damage even with an electric washer. Wood can be damaged easily.
It might be a sacrilege, but I have been using the HDMI input on a 32" LG television for several years. It might not have the spec's of a monitor but it's easy on the eyes. With many laptops having HDMI outputs, it has become very convenient. This TV is my monitor, and is used for watching Hulu or Netflix when the spirit moves.
