I love it! Like others have said you will experience a learning curve. Once you past that it will do everything other photo editing software will do. It works!
The Ricoh GR II is in fact 16 mp. They are typically sold on ebay between $550 - $650 in th US. Do a search for these perimeters, ricoh gr ii. Then only pay attention to 16 mp. You will be just fine! Good Luck!
I also have the same lens camera combo and love it as well! I use it mostly for portraits. Haven’t tried it for macro, but i will eventually. Sorry you’re having a bad experience with that lens camera combo.

I have my SECOND D5500. Love this camera! It has really, really nice image quality. Nearly as good as the D7200, they share the sensor and software. You will enjoy the IQ, that’s for sure!
I'm attending in Kansas City Missouri!
I think it's a fantastic idea. Especially if you and your family have history doing practical jokes. The only thing that makes sense is if she has an idea on how to use the D810. It would pay to have some experience using it so she can you it on the trip. Otherwise have a great time and take loads of images!
Check www.mpb.com. They have used OEM, battery grips that are good quality that won't break the bank. I bought one there and love it!
Hey everyone. I'm new here. I have looked around a little bit and found this to be a very informative and interesting site. I like taking street portrait and just portraits in general. I think the eyes of people mostly, are so fascinating. I mean you can learn a lot about a person if you can just look into there eyes. I am also learning that the hands also tell a great story so I will be photographing them as well. I just think people in general are interesting to photography. I also prefer to shoot in black and white. I just love the way it looks. To me it seems to convey so much more emotion than color. Honestly, I like it to just be contrary to. All we see in our everyday life is color, monochrome or black and white images brake that stuff up just a little, ya know? Lastly photography is just cool, period!
