I feel like you, I bought my 1st Canon in 1967 in Japan, while on R&R it was a FTQN model w/35mm lens.
I currently have the Sigma 17-50mm, f/2.8 and it is a great lens, and the continuous 2.8 works well in almost all conditions.
I have Luminar 3 & 4, I Like them, but am not happy with AI. Seem to fall back to 4 most of the time.
For my shooting, my 80D & M50 are just perfect. I have looked at other models and see no reason to spend my money, unless it is to improve the lens quality
I bought my Canon 80D from them, also the 15-85mm lens and Sigma 17-50mm and I love them the quality is just like they said, and their prices were fair.
most of my lens are refurbished or bought from KEH/MPB and I am completely satisfied.
that should handle 95% unless you think you need a longer reach
I have always used FF canon's on my 80D and even my 70D when I owned that one. better Glass, better reach
I own the Canon M50 and a nice Sigma 30mm F/1.4 lens, and also the kit 15-45 which does good work. The kit setup is quite inexpensive.
Not to get anyone mad, I'm an amateur but I've done 2 of my nieces weddings and created small books for them and people who wanted them. I used Vistaprint to produce the albums and gave people the link to order if they wished. I also made small videos of the ceremony, cake cutting, 1st dance. I charged them nothing, as these were my gift to both of them.
I'm getting great results with my 80D and also using a Sigma 30mm, f/1.4 lens for evening street photography.
I imagine the 90D would be an improvement
Find a very good used 70D by Canon
I use mine SIGMA 30mm, f/1.4 for low light and evening street photo's. Especially when I travel
it is called composition instead of crop
I use Sandisk high speed for my 80D and I have 15, 32, 64 & 128 Gbit cards they all work fine. Also do you shoot RAW & JPEG together?
