I purchased a Nikon D600 ( Factory refurb) from Cameta and Tamron 24-70 2.8 lens. ( import no USA warranty) on Ebay.
Bought a extended warranty from Cameta camera covering both lens and camera. got the best of both worlds. Never needed it (thank goodness.) Gear works flawlessly.
Other than for this "type" of product, I never buy extended warranties.
Not sure which you were trying to focus on, the sky or shoreline. Because both are captivating they also bring a strong tension, too strong
to allow the eye to focus on the message of the photo. Particularly in #1 lay your hand over top 1/3 of sky and the cliffs pop. Do the same
over bottom of any and the sky pops. Both such strong elements. Beautiful scenes none the less. Could transform into two sets. Just IMO

I was looking at similar series of lens. I am intrigued by brand new series of Tamron lens
like SP 35mm VC 1.8
stellar reviews, check it out. VC supposedly good for 3 stops. Dynamite sharpness according to reviews. Haven't used it personally but VC in low light, handheld opens up some possibilities. at $600 also attractive

some great reviews on you tube re Tamron and some with direct compared to Nikon 24-70. DPreview.com also very very high on Tamron. I own one and love it. tack sharp, fast, quit. would hesitate for a moment in getting another
Sony RX10. I jusst got one on ebay from B&H for $789. Love it . Sharp, quick, awesome handling. A little slow in the zoom but still OK. Pictures are stunning Zeiss lens with 2.8 from 24-200mm
I might try ND filter to bring the sky/clouds down a couple stops.. see if
it can be less poweful element in photo. Or you could crop off some of it to have the bridge more of the focal point
Just an idea
I love mine, tack sharp, best lens I have ever used
I have yet to tried this but I was told if you are going to be away from your printer for a while, (months) wrap it in plastic garbage bag and seal it with tape. Perhaps even put a damp rag in the bag. Idea is to keep moisture in
and heads from drying out. Sounds like it might work.
If you can remove the orange remove post on bottom right the photo really works. I am drawn to the blue door. The Post acts as a visual barrier to the flow of the photo. Put your fingure over it and see how you are drawn into photo. Nice work.

Great shot what lens etc did you use?
I recently upgraded to a full sensor Nikon 600 and matched the new Tamron 24-70 f2.8 VC. it will match up with Nikon's or Canon's PLus its the only 24-70 with image/vibration control which will give you 3.5 stops additional handheld and is tac sharp. I paid $998.new. Take a look I love it
I bought a D600 refurb about 3 mo ago and love it! You will as well. I also bought the new Tamron SP 24-70 2.8 VC an outstanding lens, a bit heavy, but fast and tack sharp . I bought my Nikon from Cameta camera and added a
3yr Parts and labor extended warranty for the camera and lens for $120, I figured it (600)was a refurb but for a little extra I could cover it for 3yrs.
Big improvement, Love it! nice shot!!
building, windmills and flags a distraction to the interesting wagon, loose them or at least flags and one WM in PP
