one of the pod casts i listen to offers online classes and i to believe he offers a business class if you want to check out improvedphotography.com lots of good information there. just got his lightroom presets with the videos as a beginner it was a lot of help and some good tips in there.

my girlfriend asked me to take a picture of her daughter for her 2 yeah picture, in still learning any comments or suggestions welcomed and appreciated. shot with a sony a57 using a minolta 50 1.7 using a single off camera flash with a shoot threw umbrella very little pp i actually was very happy with how it came out in camera

The I did very little pp on it mostly an adjustment brush in lr4 to up the exposure on the spider a little bit to see him(her?) better

Beercan lens is an iconic lens. I have the Handshake lens (24-135mm).

Hello Tony here from Portland Oregon. I'm still pretty new to photography looking into taking some classes maybe online. Got my first dslr about 6 months ago I went with a sony a57 so far I have the 18-55 kit lens and a Minolta 70-210 f4 beercan.

My friends shoot cannon and they both have a yn460 I think it is and I can use it as a slave no problems, and in the sony I have the a57 you can turn down the flash if your worried about it but I didn't have any problems with it
