Here in SW the temps are about to reach 100 next week! May 2018!

In the state of "White Sands". About 12 yrs ago NIKON claimed that the SW had the best sunsets.

We have weather a little bit cooler than AZ. It never gets above 108. About 8-9 yrs ago this part had 95 hours under 32 and old

infrastructure was destroyed. Coldest time on record. We are about 60 miles from El Paso, TX. We get monsoon rains.

We get about 355 days of sunshine & swamp coolers don't work when the humidity gets above 30 degrees. Our hum is in the 20's

during the day & sometimes gets below 10%. Very dry except for 3-9 inches of rain per year.

Just how low is it in your local? We have relatives in very cold N.E.

Where I live, they built homes so close to dirt streets that some cars are parked on the lawns. Area was built for horses not cars & trucks.

It will cost 25 M$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ to covert gasoline stations in CA to charge cars. As much as 20K homes. Will need to build new
power stations. Of course where the coal come from?

Pass laws that prohibit 18 yr olders to have a HS diploma or they CANNOT drive until they join the military.

They have to wear an ankle bracelet. If caught driving they have to spend 10 hours per week in a library, reading classics.

BTW: If they don't register, the cannot get any govt job until they join Army or Navy.

Both genders are expected to get diploma by their 18th BD.

This will help get people out of poverty.

Lets get autos off the road because of crashes & deaths.

Lets get the techies to get robot horses and ride them around. No shovel needed for droppings. Robots wont need to eat.

Limit each block to have 12 horses. They can be used by anyone over 18. Special carriages for students, instead of buses.
