Yes, I became a Newfie. Absolutely, had a great time and all the folks were wonderful. Labrador is a bit further north and colder; they've already had some snow up there. The cod was outstanding and I had a new fish meal I'd never heard of before called brewis made with cod and hard bread; totally awesome.

This is a fisherman from Newfoundland taking me out to sea for some cod fishing. A commercial fisherman skipper taking his boat away from the mooring and heading out. High school students and instructors at a recent day where the students learned, fly tying, fly casting, entomology and knot tying in the class then we took them to a local trout pond to put their new found skills to work.
