Christmas and Holiday Greetings to all. I saw this bird on my pond here in Charleston the other day and have not been able to identify it. Any help would be appreciated.

Wall-e thank you and you are correct. When I click on the text box I get nothing as a reference in the photo. Used to get a "Text field" which I could maneuver throughout the photo for placement...now nothing?

Thanks for responding.
When I click on the text icon I do not get the usual text box. In fact I do not get any response except that the "Cancel" box highlights.
If I search for a script box all I get is a vertical line through the center of the photo.

Hi y'all:
I'm using Picasa to post Process shots from a recent trip to Alaska. I usually add a footnote or post a location with the available Text edit icon but for some reason this is suddenly not working my Picasa program. I've reloaded Picasa 3 and still not getting access to this feature.
Any thoughts from my fellow Picasa users would be appreciated.

I to have not been having great success with moon shots although I am trying to hand hold a 18-200 mm Canon f 3.5 @ 200 mm (315 mm eqv.) f-8, 1/200, ISO 100; here is an example. Tell me what you think other than obvious ie; tripod vice handheld.

I took and completed their course in 1971 and found it excellent in basic film photography.
I recently applied for the Digital course and was prepared to take it until I found out that it requires the purchase of Photoshop at an additional cost of over $500.
Since I do not plan to be a "Professional Photographer" I chose to learn from the library and you folks.
Good luck and if it's not fun stop doing it.

Nice pics. I really like sunrises and sunsets.
