Just remember the med format digital files are quite large. Computers should be able to handle them, or you'll be waiting allot
The biggest thing to remember is this is going to be a constantly changing exposure. From bright to almost completely dark and then back.
I've been using the YN-E3-RT transmitter on my Yongnuo flashs and it works great. Takes a bit of a learning curve but there are videos on the tube for that
Canon SX720HS is always in my vehicle in a zippered hard pouch. Lots of zoom and options. Keep it in the locked glove box and it works great everytime I pull it out. Takes great pics too. No need for lenses with the zoom and if it gets overheated or frozen it's not a big loss.
Having saved an expensive lens from being scratched by using a filter convinced me of it's usefullness. And the great thing about it, they come off in no time, when I think they might degrade a particular shot. And yes it had a hood on it. I was shooting wildlife in a parking lot,and a moron speeding out of the lot kicked up gravel and ruined my filter, but not my lens. The second benefit is not having to clean the front glass as often. It's your money and lens, you ultimately pay for any mistakes.
Check the menu to see if the finder/monitor is on auto. The monitor should be selected when not in use. The eyepiece detector will use up battery life.
P mode with exposure correction will adjust speed and aperature, and using ISO can get it done pretty quickly.

You can warm or cool your shot by adjusting White balance in camera.
Using a screwdeiver in place of a chisel, is just about as effective. I fear that all the people that make kits to clean sensors would agree. Do some research and you'll probably decide against this practice.
Have you considered just buying an IR filter to be sure your going to want something permanent
My comment to people that let their children take advantage of the love a parent has for a child is simply"You raised them" My children had what all the other kids had,with one exception, they either worked for it or payed for it directly. You want to go to the movies ---cut the grass. You need a new dress for prom wash the windows and we'll talk. I find most children that take advantage of their parents have been doing it all their lives,or they have friends that do it so why can't they.Both my children went to and graduated college,have familys and pay their own bills. Yes I have helped them here and there. My sons 1st car wasn't his until it was paid for. When he wanted to use it he had to get the keys from me or mom.It's surprising how fast it got paid for with me having the keys.My daughter paid for her 1st cell phone by painting the house. Was I tough yes,did they learn anything absolutely. Life can be hard sometimes, we can make it allot easier as parents,but that doesn't mean we have to make it free for them. Responsibility; You can either teach it or pay for the lack of it.
Old American cars in Cuba is not a rage. It's because we enforced embargo on them for trying to put Russian ICBM's on our doorstep. They didn't just decide to buy allot of old cars. They're old because they could not buy newer ones. Cubans are tired of watching the rest of the world go by them.So with the easing of tensions maybe the government will realize we're not trying to take over we're just trying to keep nuclear bombs as far from our doorstep as possible. I really don't think Washington cares who is in power;as long as they don't agree to import our destruction so they can buy newer cars.
