tough finding a place to develop it, IF you don't have your own dark room. As I'm getting ready to sell my Minolta X-700 et al, I found 10 or so unused rolls of 35mm...they're about 13 years old, wonder what 'special effects' I'll get if I shoot them up before getting rid of the camera!

nah...mundane, doubtful! No one in photography can help but be more insightful than the average bear! Looking through a lens reveals so much more than regular eyes. Have a great 4th! K

Been a very long time since I took these shots - and was just a newbie, but excited. After a long hibernation, getting back into photography, but still at the consciously incompetent stage when it comes to language and technical know-how. Hope to learn here. Moving to digital. Does anyone still do film? I miss the darkroom!!

light source? you can see it...a 100 watt bulb in a Home Depot clamp-on fixture.

macro heaven!

I get attached to my art work and photography is the only medium that allows me to sell or give away and keep it too! Fell in love with the darkroom back in the mid 90's, moving onto digital and seeking recommendations. Want a camera I can grow into, but not be lost up front. Price IS an issue and refurbished may be the way to go. Experience? Will focus on macro, I believe. But, need versatility too. I look forward to getting back to a love I abandoned 13 years ago.

The shot that started the whole thing

In love with B&W abstract macro

My aim: confus and intrigue the viewer
