Truly, a difficult sequence to capture. You set your self up perfectly, wind at your back. great light and perfect tracking. I continue to strive for your perfection. I think in the last shot it did get its lunch rotated.

Nice test of your new lens smartet. I hope I'm still alive when/if mine ever arrives.
I have one question about it. Some one told me that they returned their copy because it would intermittently lose its focus while tracking BIF. That is the only negative I have heard. Have you used yours in any fast action situations?

The easyCover and the Vello screen protector together is $15. The easyCover came with a screen protector so I never used the Vello.
I had an easyCover with my D810 and liked it a lot. It does take a little getting used to but I thought that it was well worth it. I am only sorry that there is not one that can be used with the MB-D18.

It should work with anything that has Arca style mounting.

The "L" bracket slides out from the base plate by loosening a screw. The base remains on the camera. The"L" and the base have Arca type mounts.
