I use the Nik's Color Efex when I do my post processing. Since the change in CC 2020 Have had problems with photoshop closing down when I add more then one filter in color Efex. Has anyone found a solution to this problem. It is very frustrating to do all this work and then losing it in an instant. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am curious on what settings I should use in Adobe Bridge. I have a I Mac, I keep getting the Cash into
my pictures, is this normal. Not sure what is the best set up for editing, only use my computer and images

Been having all kinds of trouble using my Nik software with Photoshop 2020. A lot of times when I go to use the Nik Color Efex software Photoshop quits all of a sudden. Have lost a lot of time with complicated edits that I have had to do over. It has gotten to the point that I save my work every time I decide to use the
plug-in. Have not seen this with other software such as Topaz. Have any of my fellow photographers have this problem? Has anyone come up with a solution, thanks, Rich M.

I have been having problems with my XP 960 printer, whenI print a image I get these little boxes that show through out the print. I did a nozzle check, it is okay. Tried head alignment and still get this pattern. Have any of my fellow photographers come up with this with their printer? I asked a Epson rep at the Photo Expo if there is a way to set the printer back to factory status. He said he would send me Information but never heard form them, any help would be greatly appreciated, Rich M.

I am having trouble rotating my image using the Touch Ring with my tablet. I know how to do it with the Rotate Tool (r) but I would like to be able to do it with the touch ring for finer control when I am retouching.
I saw it done at the Photo Expo and it seems so easy. Yet when I use Rotate on the settings and move the
touch ring nothing happens. I think I must be missing a setting in photoshop CC 2019 which I just updated. Does any of my fellow photographers have any idea what I could be doing wrong? Thanks, Rich M.

I have had the same problems with Photoshop CC 2019, very frustrating. Just updated photoshop, hope the results are better. I have to remember not to update the Mac so quickly in the future, Rich M.

I download my canon images into Adobe Bridge, the files keep opening up in DXO PL 2. It shows that it is
the default, which I do not want. I would like the files to open up in either a Tiff or PSD. How do I change

I have been looking for a round eye cup for my Canon 90D camera. I the ones that I found are oblong, need

I used to be able to click on the little wrench on the Radial menu on my Wacom Intuous tablet to bring up the settings menu, nothing happens now. Is there a setting that I am missing to get this to work? Any help would be appreciated, thank you, Richard

Just downloaded the latest version of Photoshop, is it a good idea to delete the previous version or leave it on my Mac for the time being?

Need some help, I cannot seem to open the Tip Shape control in the latest version of photoshop. I used to be able to change the tip shape, anyone have and ideas what I could be doing wrong, thank you, Rich M.
