Love the pics! Especially the great blue heron. Good job getting the Common Yellow Throat warbler...
Beautiful! Which beach is this? I live in Maine.
I think you're all daffy!! Lol!
Beautiful! Thank you for posting. Merry Christmas to you.
Now they have Moose. He's about 3 years old, was abandoned in his back yard for a long time, he has lots of emotional issues. One being separation anxiety. Thunderstorms are frightful for him. He's on Prozac & it helps. He's such a sweet dog & very well loved by all. Sorry for such a long post. But I thought you'd enjoy hearing about other families having the same love& concern that you do. Thank you again.
Sarge, your dog is beautiful! My daughter in MA has rescued 3 dogs all black labs. The first one was from hurricane Katrina. Lucy died of cancer about 3 years later but was very happy & cared for in my daughters family. She has 3 girls & they all loved on her. Next was Buddy. He came from a Chinese family that loved him very much. They even taught him to go & find a toy hidden in another room. Very smart! The shelter he lived in until he was rescued did not take care of him. He was ver thin & had an allergy on his feet & could hardly walk. They had him for about 1 year & he died unexpectedly. Not sue why.
Thanks for your quick reply. I just bought a Nikon 55-200. Was that a bad choice. I'm a new photographer & didn't want to spend a lot of money. This was the next step up. I still have to practice with it. It will take some getting use to. The birds still look pretty small. Any ideas of how to get the best out of it?
May I ask what size lens you used?
Wow thank you for rescuing that beautiful dog & giving him a wonderful home.
Thank you especially your note-a filter changes the quality of light & a lens changes the direction of light... Very helpful
Thank you for the reply. Not really what I'm looking for. I need to learn how and when to use each lens/filter.

Very pretty! Congratulations! :)
Very pretty! Congratulations!
The kit includes +1,+2, +4 & +10 diopter filters. Wondering if anybody can help me to figure out how to use them. I've been using the +4 lens but not sure when and how to use the +10 and others.
