Amazon actually advertises, promotes and encourages "try before you buy" on a lot of clothing items. You pick up to 6 items you want to try on and they are sent to you with no payment required. You have a week to try them and then choose what, if any, you want to keep and what you want to return (free of charge). Only after you decide do you get charged for what you keep. I use it all the time, I'm a hard person to fit in shoes as I have a wide forefoot and a narrow heel. Recently I ordered 6 different pairs of running shoes that ranged from $90 to $200, kept one and sent the others back. Another time I ordered 4 different sweat pants to "try" and ended up keeping them all.

Use Google Drive. Move the photo to Google drive on your phone then open Google drive on your computer and it's there.

I don't answer any calls unless I recognise the number or the caller ID. I figure that if it is important, they will leave a message.

Love the shot! Great capture! I've seen this squirrel behavior before taunting both owls and hawks but I've never seen one get this close.

I had a 2004 Honda CRV that the key button would unlock from about 100 yards away. I found that if I did that I had to hustle to the car or it would lock itself again before I made it there! I now have a 2012 CRV and I have to be within about 15 feet to unlock it!

If you let Ebay handle the shipping cost they automatically adjust it to the zip code of the prospective buyer looking at your add. I've found that letting Ebay do this is cheaper than doing it yourself because they get volume discounts. It also takes the guess work of trying to figure out the best shipping method from you to them.

Jerry, I may have to try that as a backup. All the lights in my home are smart lights controlled by a phone app. The problem is that I turn them off at night to go to bed using the app and if there is a 1 second power interruption they all come back on in the middle of the night. I never knew how often these small power interruptions happened here until I got this light setup but it happens enough to be annoying. Last night it happened twice and the house lit up like a Christmas tree in the middle of the night waking me up. Then I have to get up and walk around the house to turn them all off manually unless I want to wait between 5 and 10 minutes for the modem and lighting hub to go through their restart routine. By the time I get the lights off I'm wide awake so get a few hours sleep only. If I add these plugs and keep a remote by my bed I could turn them off without getting up and maybe go back to sleep. Of course the other problem is that I sleep on an adjustable bed with head and feet raised and these small power fluctuations also cause it to return to it's flat position! I guess I need to put it on a UPS of some sort to keep that from happening!

I lived in a small beach town in Thailand for 10 years and saw amazing things they did on bikes like goods tied on behind the driver stacked 8 ft high. The record for living beings was 5 people and 2 dogs on what appeared to be about a 50cc motorbike. There were small busses between towns but the only public transport around town was a Tuk-tuk or a motorbike taxi which I took home from the bus station after out of town trips while holding two suitcases in my arms sometimes.

I got one yesterday saying my Amazon Prime auto renewal payment failed. It wanted me to open an attached file showing proof of the failure. I did not click on the file but went directly to Amazon where everything was fine. I reported the email as Phishing.

Must have been a flash sale. They're $900 this morning...
