I like MPB (and KEH and UsedPhotoPro) for used gear. I have always had great service from them. However, it is the busy season, and perhaps not everyone they hired for the season is fully knowledgeable in the intricacies of Olympus shutter count harvesting. Enlighten them.
Agree with your comments 100%. Call them and actually speak to someone. You may be surprised how much more information you can obtain. I talked with them a few times for clarifications and they were very pleasant to deal with.
