I have a photo (several) that I would like to print on standard size paper. They have been thru PS3 and sized as per the content. How do I put that photo on a standard size paper? I know there will white around the photo because the size doesn't match the paper, what I don't want is the photo machine to cut off parts of the photo. I want what I want and not what the machine wants to print.

Posted these a week or so back but since the thread is titled as such here they are again....
Your third photo might make a very nice Black & White. I spend time looking for just these kinds of shots, what a great find.
Lightroom 4 is on the way.. I bought Lightroom 3 from Amazon yesterday for $89.00, this morning it is listed at $129.00. Go figure that one. Now I am looking for a deal on CS5
I was looking for some but there just wern't any. I did ride down Highway One in January and found these. Always amazed that California has flowers so early.
Friday we had a storm come thru, wasn't looking like photos on Saturday were going to be possible. I am a hardy soul, even thou winter is still here I went looking for spring anyway. For you land lubbers two red pennants signifies gale force winds up to forty seven knots. There was evidence that spring will arrive soon although flowers were far and few in-between. I did stop by the train station...
If you have evidence of spring you'd like to share do post them here.
All but one entry will loose in any contest, the odds are stacked against you. Take photos for your own enjoyment and forget the rest. I looked at their website, the water marks thru the center of the photo suck.
Try this: moon shot ISO=100 F/11 1/250 to start, adjust as needed.
Now that is a donut shop I want to visit. Nice cars!
you set either the shutter or the apaturer to get the underexposurer for the background. check out Bryan Peterson's book on Flash photography, it's in there.
my pet peve is power lines, don't like them. other than that these are nice.
another method would be to use flash. set the ambient light exposure for the background four stops under and the flash for your flower subject. the background will be underexposed and usually will come out black.
I think it is a nice shot!
