The town is occupied, but businesses were all closed except for the hardware store and grain elevator.
Thank you I will try that. If I can figure it out
I am totally new to the forum and to Photography. So please be nice. I am not sure where I am supposed to post this stuff. I have been following the forum for a while now and I am impressed with the quality of the pictures and the knowledge the members have. I took a little trip out highway 36 to the high plains in Colorado on a mission to capture a story of some small towns and sites along that highway. I am only a beginner and am seeking input to improve my skills. I have a D500 and learning to use it. I had a GoPro hero 3 prior, so you know where I am coming from. I pretty much use MAC Photos for editing and building slideshows. I posted my slideshow on Youtube. I have some other posting from my Go pro and point and shoot days (not that great) Don't waste your time. Would like your feedback on the following link and what you think of the BW to color fade. Tell me how to improve my skills. only 5min in length. Rented Tamron 70-200 and Sigma 16-35

This is hard to reply to without seeing your files. Two things you might try.
1. Look on your EHD for your photo library folder. double-click it and it will ask if you want to use this library as the default. yes
2. Open Photos: click on photos header: select Preferences:open in finder: find the library on EHD: select as default
If you did not copy the Photo Library file to the EHD you may have a problem.
Go to Photo Help: Manage Libraries
Good Luck Your Photos are still there You have to tell Photos where to find them
