Jerry, I've read most of your posts for a while now and I don't think you have any sales resistence to fortify... (-;

A woman and a baby were in the doctor’s examining room, waiting for the doctor to come in for the baby’s first exam. The doctor arrived, and examined the baby, checked his weight, and being a little concerned, asked if the baby was breast fed or bottle fed.

“Breast fed,” she replied.

“Well, strip down to your waist,” the doctor ordered. She did.

He pinched her nipples, pressed, kneaded, and rubbed both breasts for a while, in a very professional and detailed examination.

Motioning to her to get dressed, the doctor said, “No wonder this baby is underweight. You don’t have any milk.”

I know,” she said, “I’m his Grandma, but I’m glad I came.”

The RX10iv is quite a bit bulkier than the a7iii. Possibly heavier, too, depending on lens choice on the a7iii. You may be carrying a bit less overall with the RX10 than the a7iii with three lenses, but the RX10 is a lot more in the hand while shooting. It's surprisingly large. Be sure you handle one before buying.

I have both the RX10IV and the A7III and while the RX10 is bulkier, it is much lighter than the A7III with my 24-240 zoom lens. Unless I plan on a lot of low light shots or to shoot something I want to enlarge bigger that 16x20, I go with the RX10 always.

The police use those here in shopping parking lots (especially Walmarts) as a deterrent to crime. The windows are dark tinted so you never know if it is just a "scarecrow" tactic or if there is really an officer in there.

You are truely a professional photographer whether you use it to make money or not. You not only have the technical ability to get all you can from your equipment but you also have an exceptional eye for photography. I've never seen anything from you that wasn't outstanding. I don't have time to look at all the photos posted on this site but you are among the few photographers that I do search for and view everything from. Keep up the great work!

Although I've been making backups for years, I've never made a complete image of a disk - until yesterday. I used Macrium Reflect Free. Just to play it safe, I first watched directions on YouTube. Macrium is so easy to use that watching YT wasn't necessary. You can also make an image using Windows. It took an hour and twenty minutes to image and check the 265 GB of data (OS and programs) on my 1TB SSD. I'll do incremental backups, and they'll go much faster.

One guy on YouTube used the image to put Windows on three computers he had built. I didn't know you could do that. They were identical, so maybe that's why.
Although I've been making backups for years, I've ... (show quote)

Is there really a free version? I looked at the Macrium web site and it has a 30 day free trial but the home version is $69.95 after the trial...

An Airbus 380 is on its way across the Atlantic. It flies consistently at 800 km/h at 30,000 feet, when suddenly a Eurofighter with a Tempo Mach 2 appears.

The pilot of the fighter jet slows down, flies alongside the Airbus and greets the pilot of the passenger plane by radio: "Airbus, boring flight isn’t it? Now have a look here!"

He rolls his jet on its back, accelerates, breaks through the sound barrier, rises rapidly to a dizzying height, and then swoops down almost to sea level in a breathtaking dive. He loops back next to the Airbus and asks: "Well, how was that?"

The Airbus pilot answers: "Very impressive, but watch this!"

The jet pilot watches the Airbus, but nothing happens. It continues to fly straight, at the same speed. After 15 minutes, the Airbus pilot radios, "Well, how was that?

Confused, the jet pilot asks, "What did you do?"

The AirBus pilot laughs and says: "I got up, stretched my legs, walked to the back of the aircraft to use the washroom, then got a cup of coffee and a chocolate fudge pastry."

The moral of the story is: When you’re young, speed and adrenaline seems to be great. But as you get older and wiser, you learn that comfort and peace are more important.

This is called S.O.S.: Slower, Older and Smarter.
Dedicated to all my senior friends ~ it’s time to slow down and enjoy the rest of the trip.
