We (wife & I) tried using DigiCam Control (DCC, free software) to control 2 Nikons (DSLR) for our Zoom fly-tying classroom. It has some good features but unfortuneately for us the resulting live streaming to the customer was "herky jerky" especially when using it within the Screen Share function of Zoom. Since this less than good result, we've found OBS Studio (free software) to work much better for our live-streaming classes. We never did use the focus function within the DCC software because all of our camera work is streaming macro live view so we use the manual focus function on camera so we can't comment about the focusing capabilities of the program. I must be missing something when viewing Google & YouTube. I'm trying to connect my smartphone camera (Samsung S7) to my TV or other hdmi device. I purchased a USB to HDMI adapter, plugged in the hdmi cable to the TV and phone - nothing. I looked through the camera settings and didn't find anything that looked like an hdmi on/off switch.
