Great shots,Linda. Every time I see one of your posts, I am envious of your talent behind the camera.

I think they are all good pics. Like many things in life, everybody has their own preferences, likes and dislikes. That said, I'm somewhere between 1 & 2, leaning a bit more towards 2. I agree with sinewsworn...I like pics that don't look like they've been post processed. I try to improve the pic without looking like it's been drastically altered. The less is more theory. Just my humble opinion. Looks like a cool spot to photograph.

Thanks for looking and commenting,Dale.

I love HDR, but I also love stop motion water. I don't know if you can do both. But you did well with exposure and color. Thanks for posting. David

Thanks for looking and commenting,David. First time for me doing HDR.

I like them all but probably the second best. I also shoot a lot of waterfalls and moving water. One thing you might also try is using a ND (Neutral Density) filter to slow the moving water. I use either a 7 or 10 stop and with one of those, I avoid having to do HDR brackets, etc. It takes a little effort with these filters as you have to focus and then put the filter on the lens but it is worth it.

Joel

Thanks for looking and your suggestions, Joel. I did have a circular ND filter on,but I am just learning how to use it.

Nice photos! Please check the "store" check box. It is easier to view your work that way.
I appreciate the minimal post applied. To me most post work looks like it has been processed, unless that is your intent.
Consider stacking photos using PS. The third photo might show more interesting detail if stacked images were used-but maybe not. This the fun of photography!
I enjoy shooting moving water. Finding interesting locations is challenging, though. Your photos are set in an interesting location. I suggest going back as often as you wish a drake some shots from the same spot. This could be interesting; documenting the changing seasons.

Thanx for look at your shots!
Nice photos! Please check the "store" ch... (show quote)

Thanks for looking and your suggestions Sinewsworm. I will try going back in summer and fall.

I used Lightroom 6 to work on the 3 photos. The first one I adjusted the Tone Curve to strong Contrast.
The second one I adjusted the tone curve to medium Contrast.
The third photo is a photo HDR merge of 3 bracketed photos merged in to one.
I would like comments on the 3 photos, to help me get better.

Thanks for the confirmation Sundar. My first car was a 1960, although it as not even close to being that nice.
