Two from my Navy archive
1. Taken at a summer 1968 open house F8 Crusader ejection seat.
2. Taken Jan 1969 returning from deployment, WELCOME HOME!!!!!
The little guy is my first born, his little sister is hiding just off camera trying to figure it all out, who is that man kissing Mama? She was two months old when I deployed.
Thanks Shipmate, great photos and backstory. Cliff
Still waitin' on the "Rest of The Story".
Grumpy old man here. Democrat, noun. Democratic, adjective. What is a democratic party, do they have entertainment? In print and talking heads reporting the latest news addressing something political. Yuh know! If I know, why are you telling me again?

#3, What? NO thank you......
Nice series, TFS Cliff
In the photo of the trencher, there are a lot of interesting things in the background, rusty cars and trucks, a front loader, a ranch house and the guy looking at the trencher has three feet, hmmmm, maybe two people.
The steel tractor seats make my back and butt ache just looking at them. Thanks for sharing all the photos. Cliff

genocolo, Serge Ramelli counsels to expose for the sun in sunset photos and correct the dark in your post editing, which you did. Here is my take, using one of his sunset presets and modifying to taste. I recognize that your sun in my version is more luminous, but there's only so much you can do with a jpg.
For those using a laptop, try moving the screen to and fro for some interesting changes, from uhhhh to
OHHHH, din't expect that.
Very nice series. I like #4 with the photo bomb(bug), it almost looks like a very lifelike painting, any post? TFS cliff
5 people on a plane about to crash
A plane has five passengers on board: Donald Trump, the Pope, Dr. Anthony Fauci, Hillary Clinton, and a ten year old school girl. The plane is about to crash and there is only four parachutes.
Dr Fauci, said “I need one, I have to help develop a cure for the global health crisis that is COVID19!” He straps on a parachute and jumps.
The pope said “I need one, I have to help spiritually guide people through the global health crisis that is COVID19!” He takes one and jumps.
Hillary said ‘‘I need one, I’m the smartest woman in the United States.” she takes one and jumps.
President Trump pauses for a moment and then turns to the 10-year-old. After a deep sigh, he says tenderly, "You can have the last parachute. I've lived my life, yours is only starting". The child replies,
"Don’t worry, there are two parachutes left. The smartest woman in the United States took my school backpack.😂😂

Anybody remember the Sears catalog?
Yep, and the two holer where it was used. The coloured pages were too slick and did not work very well, last pages to be used. Hopefully by that time a new catalog would be available. There also was the Montgomery Wards catalog as a companion stash............
