The only question i will ask is this , HOW DEEP ARE YOUR POCKETS , WITH READY CASH.
I rate this pic at only a 5 do to the focus . I just is not special, out of focus is the biggest problem.

shutter speed should be 125 or even 250 of a second for hand held and put a u v haze filter on. u have to cut down the ultra violent light down.
I used to do that with film ( shoot 24 photos ) rewind the film and put it back in and shoot the same roll of film again results were a double exposure and could do that as many times as you I wanted to .

No photography is not restrained yet , but I am sure that it has been a problem for some street photography after 911 as to what your doing and why are you taking so long and so many angles of your pics. ( everybody is watching now)

i use uv haze and also quite often us a polerizer to protect my lens
I read the national geography magazine, all the others i use to shade my eys with, and cover my camera with when it rains, then i take more time setting up my shots to my liking,a magazine cant tell me the conditions that i am shooting under. and the rest of the story is, i like my pics.
well its not a hard to take picm any body can do that , however not my style . trash it.
