This is really amazing, and challenging to get good photos with all the people and the lighting.. some of these actually move, like the wings, etc.

This is amazing! Some of the lanterns actually move. But Found the light was really tricky, plus there are lots of people in the way, so have to wait a lot to get shots. Beautiful evening; lots of fun.

think I thought more about composition, etc. with film or slides because of $. But digital has sure been great.

Old photo, 1970, taken with Milnolta (film) camera and scanned into my computer. Was surprised at how good it looked when I was rummaging thru old stuff today.

Just got back from there, but was very smokey. Glad things are looking better. Laughed when you said you walked to the PO. Thought everyone rode a bicycle. Ha,ha! Beautiful city

Did this for years with my kids, but never managed to be there at the right time. Thx for giving me the opportunity via photos. Kids saw it though.
