Barn Owl,
Do I have to bring a RAW file directly into PS to find the Preview option? I cannot find it with a JPG format. However, I am using PS 2021 and am wondering if Adobe has removed this option.
Thanks,

Gene,
I use 1920 x 1080. I did change the scaling and could see the 'quit' button but other size changes in PS and LR took place which I may have to live with. I will try the Windows key and down arrow and if that works then things could be okay. Does this problem lie at Adobe's door and if so, does their recommended 100% scale and 1920 x 1080 display have to change?
Thanks,
Richard
Uncle Buck,
The method I sent you did not need a mask. Makes it even easier.

Bob,
You can also do it in PS with a mask. Make a selection of the subject of interest, inverse the selection and then desaturate the image. 1-2-3 presto!
Have fun.

Hey Cisco! Hey Pancho!
Go straight to Anthony Morganti's "OnlinePhotographyTraining.com" for everything you need to know about how to use Lightroom.

UserID,
Nothing worked. F + shift or F + CTRL.

Ourspolair,
The double arrow has no effect on the size of the CRF, just on the size of the image itself. The only control of the CRF total screen size with the mouse is from the side on the right, not from the corners or anywhere else. There has to be a way to reduce the CRF total screen size so I can see the exit button.
Thanks,

Mr. and Ms. Hog wherever you are,
I am having an ongoing problem with the CRF. I have tried to get help on the Adobe Photoshop Forum but no luck. I have to be able to reduce the size of the CRF screen so I can see the 'Exit' option in the lower right corner of the screen. Otherwise I cannot leave the filter without signing out of the computer.
I was told to hit the F key to enlarge the panel but that is exactly what I do not want to do. Does anyone have a solution to this dilemma?
Thanks,

StephenB,
You could go straight to the site already mentioned by just typing in either Adobe Lightroom (CC or Classic) Forum or Adobe Photoshop Forum. You should have your Adobe password available and then you can easily figure out what to do to post a question. Make sure to check off that you want to receive an email when someone offers an answer to your question.
Good luck,

Thanks, Bob.
Appreciated.

Bob,
I have been using DPP and recently upgraded to version 4. Problem is, I only used it for WB when shooting IR. So...I will order the manual for version 4 in the hopes of using it's full potential. Can I also perform many of the RAW adjustments like any other RAW processor so I don't have to manipulate a JPEG when I leave DPP.
Thank you,
Richard

WDCash,
The name of the person who makes the tutorials you reference is Anthony Morganti. His tutorials are
terrific.

Quixdraw,
Which photo are you copying and then pasting to email? The one in Lightroom? In Photoshop? In Elements?
In a download folder? In its own folder in an editing program?
Thanks,

Bleirer,
Hello. Yes, that makes sense. I would usually not send a PSD file unless I knew someone (like an instructor) would be interested. But that will be the exception now. Again, thanks for the insights.
Richard
G Varner,
I have found that the Image Size is usually listed as quite different from PS and there is even more of a discrepancy when the email server wakes up and tells me the file is bigger than 25MB when nothing else indicates it is even close! I like the PS 'export as' and will probably refine it over time. Some times I will use the .PSD extension to preserve my work flow in layers should I wish to return to it. .PSD is bigger than .JPG but not by so much. Thanks for the input - you never know where you will end up with software.
Thanks,
