Why don't you look up habeas corpus and find out?
It's guaranteed by the Constitution that you Fat Donny Fans love to piss on.

Habeas Corpus: Latin for "that you have the body." In the US system, federal courts can use the writ of habeas corpus to determine if a state's detention of a prisoner is valid. A writ of habeas corpus is used to bring a prisoner or other detainee before the court to determine if the person's detention is lawful. It is used to examine any extradition processes used, the amount of bail, and/or the jurisdiction of the court.

Many illegal aliens ignore their summonses to appear in court (i.e., produce the body), and in doing so change their status from "detainee" to "illegal".

I don't expect you to understand but at least put some effort in it.

Then please explain what your post means:

"Meanwhile while, Fat Donny and the Barrmaid want to suspend Habeas Corpus, using the pandemic as an excuse.
If that doesnt concern you, its probably because you're clueless as to what it means.
Fat Donny wants to be King and some of you will cheer him on out of ignorance."

You did not hit "Quote Reply", so we have no idea who you're talking to, and what you are referring to....and I'm not the only one who viewed it as a southern border issue.....

Habeas Corpus?? Do you know how many people are released in this country with a date to come back for a hearing who actually come back for that hearing?? Many, many illegal aliens come to this country are handed a summons with a hearing date, and they disappear.

If illegals are not breaking the immigration laws by sneaking across the border in tunnels and in the middle of the night, they are breaking the law by ignoring the summons to go to court and have their case heard.

Good grief, why all this overreaction?
We should all go the park and party.

Your main stream media is keeping the hype going loud and clear. Why didn't they do it in 2009 with the H1N1 pandemic?? Because it wasn't an election year, and the media liked Obama...

The most relevant "fact" is 2298 dead people, and rising steadily. 130,156 infected people.
That's a fact.

Another fact that people seem to forget is that there are 4,430 people who have recovered...almost double the amount of deaths.

And the fact that there are approx. 323,000,000 people in the US....subtract the infected, and dead, and add the recovered, and that leaves 322,990,256 Americans who are NOT sick.

With all these ineffective measures, Trump is failing as a leader.

I suppose you think Pence's task force is failing as well? Do you even know who they are? Do you think they don't know what they are doing? -Center for Disease Control and Prevention Director Robert Redfield
-National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases Director Anthony Fauci
-State Department official Stephen Biegun
-Acting DHS Deputy Secretary Ken Cuccinelli
-Department of Transportation official Joel Szabat

-Deborah Birx, US Global AIDS Coordinator and Special Representative for Global Health Policy;

It is apparent that because the President was caught flat footed and initially downplayed the seriousness of this virus, it’s impact on people’s lives, and the economy; his supporters now feel compelled to adhere to the same misguided approach.
This is not the flu, it is far worse. There is no cure for this virus.
Second to that, the comparisons to past pandemics do nothing to help our current situation.

Hellooooo....there is no cure for any virus. This is jut one more way the Dems are trying to make it look like Trump is to blame.

Yes....Trump did not close the borders soon enough - because the Dems wouldn't let him. They stonewalled him FOUR times until he declared it a national emergency....and NOW that, apparently isn't enouth for you dems.

SO, do I get this right? Trump tried and tried and tried and tried to close the southern border. He as denied and denied and denied and denied to receive the funds to do so.....so now that it is drastically needeed, the Dems are blaming Trump for their own stupidity in denying him the means to close the border.l

If THAT isn't typical liberal spin, I don't know what else you could possibly callit....stupidity, maybe??
