Thanks for that information. I searched that way but didn't find more recent posts.
I was hoping to find recent posts in 2016 that talk about calibration and the best devices for this year. Those from the past are too old. Thanks
I know I saw an article on calibration in one of your last posts but can't find it in the search. I recently edited some images and took them from color to black and white. I sent them off to White House CC. The images were too warm. I know I need to calibrate my monitor. I've never done it. I wanted to see if you can recommend a good calibration software that's not too expensive. I know they are available on Amazon. Any other source would be appreciated.
Also, I've never done this before, but using the sample images that were sent, how do I adjust my screen while viewing in Lightroom, to fit the same color as the the images?
Thanks so much.
Hi, I've cropped to 11x17 in Lightroom 5. I realized I wanted instead to crop to 12x18. I've made other changes to the image, and sometimes the crop may be made before I made final changes. Is there a way to go back without pushing reset? When I go to the History panel, nothing shows as far as changes I made. Also, sometimes when I push reset, nothing happens. Thanks
Oh no, I already sized my images to 11x17. Is that going to be a problem when sending to a printing company?
For some reason, this is not allowing attachments.
How do you get the spot healing brush set to content aware? Thanks
In one particular case on my photo, it was impossible to move around to avoid telephone lines.
Hi, I have Windows 7. Will Snapheal work on that?
Hi, I've tried LR to clone/heal telephone posts and wires and cars in an image. It doesn't do a very good job. On the other hand, it could be operator problems. Besides Photoshop 6, can anyone suggest an easy program to editing out these types of things? I have a number of buildings to edit, and I don't want it to take forever. Thanks
Garygrafic, I would love to see a picture of what you did with the Homasote. Thanks
I would love to see a picture of what you did!
I looked at your Flickr page. You have some excellent photos.
That's a great picture, Erik. Thanks for your help.
