Beautiful. Thanks for the tour.
Great shots Jim. But just a tad to much post editing for me.
Number two is a great capture.
Great captures. Now don't let my wife hear about phone captures. I have convinced her I need my toys to take great pictures.
Another fun day at the zoo.
David Busch's "Canon EOS 6D". Refer to it often. Got it Barns and Noble. Sure you can find it online.
Love the reflections. Really great shot.
Have a Macbook Pro which I use strictly for photos. Could not be happier. Great screen resolution, faster than Windows, and I don't have to deal with security updates every other day. Pricey but worth it.
Drive east from Naples on US-41 to what used to be Monroe Station, it burned earlier this year. Take the gravel road, called Loop Road, it will take you back out to US-41. Should have ample opportunities to take some great shots. On the way back stop at Clyde Butcher's studio. Worth the time to see the work of a man who has spent most of his life photographing the Everglades.
About 50 miles northwest of Toledo, Ohio.
Returned from a trip back to Michigan last week. Disappointed that the leaves had not hit full color. But had a great time out of the South Florida heat.
Like that up up and away shot.
Thanks to all for your comments. Was lucky in as much as this was the equinox and the sun rose in the middle of the lagoon. Looking forward to the moonrise shoot. Will post a pic of Mr. Deering's mansion. If your looking to down size this is not the place. The walls are 18" of poured concrete. Survived many of hurricanes.
Once a month the Deering Estate, Miami-Dade County, Florida opens up at 6 AM. Well worth the $20. This fall they will be having a moonrise session. I will be there.
Preference, BW or color?
