Just trying to get in one more quick trip with my son, his wife and the grandson before school started. Took the chance to take some photographs. I have been busy with so many other things that I haven't had a chance to do much practicing with my photography lately. These are just grab shots, not a lot of time to overthink your shot when you are traveling with a 7 year old. I am planning to do some photo projects I have been thinking about this past year.

We are blessed to have beautiful beaches and mountains in NC. I love them both, the mountains always seem so peaceful. I have many wonderful memories spent together as a family
vacationing in this area when our boys were growing up. As retirees my husband and I still go there every chance we get.
