The FBI is conducting a general inquiry into the security of Clintons private email server. But law enforcement officials have said Clinton herself is not the target of the inquiry, and it is not a full-blown criminal investigation.

You realize of course that Powell and Albright both used private servers!

Why would the FBI need to offer immunity from prosecution to individuals if it were only a "general inquiry?"
