Very nice. Think I’ll go tomorrow.
Great photos! I’ve never been close enough at Black Point to get a wonderful shot like that of an Eagle, good for you.
Thanks for the excellent instruction on how to do this.
Very interesting and great photos. Thanks for sharing.
Years ago we purchased tickets to a concert of his in Atlanta that subsequently had to be rescheduled due to his health issues. We were returning from a trip to Kauai and our air travel was over 18 hours but we hurried home to shower and change for the epic concert and promptly fell asleep when the master began to play. Embarrassing to say the least but we enjoyed what we did hear. We only hope I wasn’t snoring.
Nice photos. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you for sharing and the annual fee pricing information, I may take advantage of that. St Augustine has a lot to offer.
Great photos! It’s hard to not grin when you see them, I felt like a kid at Christmas when we saw them in Reykjavik last September. Your shots were much more vibrant than ours. Thanks for sharing.
Recover soon. I had the surgery in the early 90’s and never had another problem. My doctor thought both hands would need the surgery but miraculously when I left my desk work the left hand was fine. I still have stitches pop up now and then & the scar is still visible. But No Pain! It will all be over soon. Good luck.
Perhaps I should have stated that I hope the new Panasonic PDAF finds its way to a new GH6 II and/or G9. I am well aware that Olympus has this available in the their newest cameras such as the OM-1 but I own primarily Panasonic Leica lenses that have served me very well and I just as soon stay with that brand for 100% compatibility. I also like the ergonomics and top LCD of the G9. That little extra stabilization has become more important to me as I age. My wife has an Olympus 12-100 which she’s uses with her G9 and loves it so we have great appreciation for Olympus/OM Systems products. She is not a purist. Frankly, the G9 serves my needs quite well but I have looked at getting an OM-1 for my wife to improve her stabilization possibilities but she doesn’t need it at this point however she does do a great deal more video than I do so enter the phase detect dimension. BIF are reserved for my D500 & 500 PF but I could be persuaded to buy an OM-1 and Oly 300mm for that purpose if Panasonic does not place phase detect in their M43 products relatively soon and/or Nikon give me a non Z9 lighter weight wildlife centric camera to consider. Thanks for the chat.
Thank you, hopefully phase detect will now find its way to M43, both the GH6 & the G9.
What a wonderful story and great photos. Congratulations!
Great capture & spot on description!
