Thanx for looking angler. A few years ago I had a big dog (130 lbs) and he went into the water near where two geese were nesting. The gander actually chased him right back to shore. :D

Thank you Erv. I do love watching them this time of the year. Pretty soon there will be lots of goslings swimming around, the wood ducks will be nesting, and the king fishers and osprey will be back around. Looking forward to it all. :D

This hawk took down a robin and was devouring it in my back yard so I got my camera and was able to get within about twenty feet of it before it decided to take it's lunch "to go".
