Nikon D850 does have built-in focus stacking. Photoshop will process it. I'm sorry I can't report that I've tried it. My 850 is new and I've not tried a lot of it yet.

The first house I bought in 1980 cost less than that lens

My first house was purchased in 1966 and I could have bought 6 of them for the cost of that lens. Could have been a nice down payment on my current home.

If I could get that 1200-1700 in f/1.4 I'd pick one up.😎

You might need a new truck to carry that guy.

I'm scanning 35mm film and slides. Using the Nikon D850 I can get 47MP images in less than 100th of a second. I have the Epson V600 and while it's not bad it is slow.

Have any Nikon D850 owners tried the Nikon ES-2 Film Digitalizing Adapter? I have a Nikon 105mm 2.8D lens which apparently won't work with this adapter but I cannot figure out why. What lenses has anyone tried with this.

Looks like commenters were pretty well agreeing. I don't think I'd crop out the fence but walking a little closer and shooting over the fence would be good.

I have had compact flash card problems with pins getting bent on the reader. Cameras have a longer track which keeps the card straight. Card readers usually have shorter wobblier slots. I can't remember brands but I've never paid much for one. My D850 will accept XQD cards but I haven't tried one yet. Yeah, I paid for the camera and a battery pack and 2.8 zooms but those cards seem soooo expensive.

Two great shots, I especially like the sky in the first shot.

Updates are quite frequent and some quite impressive. I do love the program, and it includes the big guy Photoshop. I do most of my editing with Lightroom but some things just cannot be done in Lightroom and Photoshop is sitting there waiting. Something as simple as adding text can't be done in Lightroom. Also, photos cannot be combined. I'm not crazy about subscription software, but this is a great combination.

Whoops! Since the $10/mo. was mentioned my comments referred to Lightroom Classic. So far I'm not a big fan of the Lightroom "Lite" model.
