Tell us about your rig. You are getting some awesome shots of a subject you can't get close to and I for one would like to know how.

There seem to be some right now. I got my 80D refurb about three weeks ago. Have a good weekend!
When I bought mine, it was the last one. Just saying they aren't always there.
i wonder how committed to their left wing ideals these imported left wingers are? We've seen them in Chicago, Washington DC, etc. How do they afford to travel around the country? I suspect that while some are fully committed to those left wing ideals, I also suspect many are extras brought in by some well financed source. Maybe George Soros?
We've seen the same type of imported violence in Ferguson, MO, Baltimore, and Dallas.
It's a sad development in our country.
PS: Don't worry about casting aspersions, I am the worst kind of Okie. I'm a Texan living in Oklahoma. I'm used to aspersions.
I'm so sorry you have to put up with that view out your kitchen window. We can't always be as lucky as I am and have a wonderful view of the neighbors wall.
Seriously, you have a good eye for catching what many would have overlooked. Nice shot.
I purchased an 80D through the refurb program and already had the 55-250 zoom. So far I'm very happy with the camera and I already loved the lens. The refurb program is a good way to step up to the next model for the same amount of green. The only problem is that they aren't always available.
Happy shooting with whatever you choose.

I have had PSP for a few years now but was frustrated with the slow adjustment processes and the occasional freeze up even with the newest version. My suggestion for you or anyone else is to look into the newer and robust editing software Affinity Photo, it's a Photoshop alternative for minimal price of a one time cost of $49.99.

Thanks for your suggestion. I will give that a look as well. You bring up another thing that bugs me about Lightroom and Photoshop. Why would I want to pay for it month after month without end? There is surely an acceptable alternative to that model.

Yes, except that since you don't live here and have access to local information you don't know what you are talking about. Every effort was made to allow these rallies to happen in a safe environment. The organizers called them off. In Berkeley the trouble was caused by left-wing extremists, roughly half of those arrested came from out of town.
There are more rallies being planned and local authorities are trying to make sure that they can be held safely, supporting freedom of speech.
Correct, I don't live there and don't have all the local information and I often don't know what I'm talking about. After all, I'm just a dumb Okie.
But my perception remains that Berkeley isn't what it used to be. I think you will unfortunately find that I am not alone in my perception.

I place Formatted empty cards on one side and as I fill or use cards, I move them to the other side! It's Pelican brand so you know they are good!
You can double the storage box's capacity by putting empty cards label up, used cards label down. You also won't mistake which side has the used cards, wasting time by grabbing a used card.
Don't be quick to blame PSP. I installed Windoze10 on my work computer and quickly rolled it back to Windoze7. Windoze10 had trouble working correctly with Excel & Word. You would think they could get it yo work with their own software.
50 years ago Berkeley was home to demonstrations that depended on freedom of speech. Now they want to kill free speech and expression. What a difference 50 years makes.
I wonder how many cameras showed up at the Canon & Nikon repair centers expecting warranty service?

Don't know the characters on the left and the right and down in front? (I'm old.)
Far left is Wonder Woman, blue guy down front is Beast. I have no idea who the gal in green with the M on her belt is, or the redhead dressed in red.
I have been away from photography for a while and I'm just getting back into it. Back several years ago, I dabbled in post processing with Elements 4. Now I see an opportunity to buy the canon two lens kit and for $40 more get filters for both lenses and Corel PaintShop Pro X9; Corel VideoStudio 9; Corel AfterShot 2 Pro.
My question is whether I should look elsewhere for post processing. I seem to recall that PaintShop wasn't all that good back when it started out.
I realize everyone has an opinion, but I'm interested in what you folks who have used PaintShop think about version X9.
I think it's a pot tripod you put over a campfire.

Warning: you will want to go again; and spend LOTS of time there. Never enough time...
Enjoy what you have!
Thanks for confirming what I suspected. I spent three days in Yellowstone and was disappointed I couldn't stay longer. I have also made two trips from the beginning to the end of Route 66 and I still want more.
Too bad we need money to do this. I could easily never work again.
