James, it has NEVER been legal to route government business through a home server at least for a Secretary of state, security clearance, the ability to verify who has access to the server would prevent that alone, by taking control of the emails illegally and then fighting for years to keep them from being released is a problem, you state Pam Bondi did the same thing, not even close, the charges against Clinton are Federal and Criminal, Bondi was looking into civil charges, to sue Trump for a monetary award and cease doing business in her state, in the CNN article about Machado you state they quote Trump more, at the time he was in charge of the Miss universe pageant, it also shows some wanted to strip her of her crown and that Donald defended her just like he said, it is common for Models to maintain a certain physical shape for their job, just read an article where a plus size model lost her job because she lost too much weight! Are you so naïve that you don't know Hillary had a TEAM of lawyers and staff going through her emails, the problem is if she had followed the law we wouldn't have to go through any of her emails because all government emails would have gone through the government server, by using the private server she restricted access to what the government could see and now she says trust me they were only personal

Your post has given me hope, there are people in socal that look for truth, our politicians claim we are a Democracy, we are not, think the pledge of allegiance, and to the REPUBLIC for which it stands, what is the difference between a Republic and a Democracy? The simple definition of a Democracy is "the mob rules" If more people belive murder is OK than people who don't than murder can become legal, a Republic is a form of government where the laws are based on a constitution, our Constitution states that our rights aren't given by the government but are yours simply by being born, your right to free speech, to bear arms and form militias, freedom to assemble and all other rights listed in our Constitution you already possess, the government cannot give you something they don't own and you already possess, however they can take them away from you if you let them, be informed, let your elected officials you are watching and you know your rights, they are yours but they are slowly but surely being taken away, think about
