Where do you find a shirt like that?
I got shingles a year ago last April and can tell you it is nothing you want to get. Mine showed up on the left side of my face and damaged a nerve. I still have numbness in my left jaw, cheek and lips although it is “ slowly “ getting better. My wife immediately got the shot. I wished I had.
In 1973 I was assigned to the 504 Air Force Band stationed in Colorado Springs, Colorado. We toured the U.S. and Canada an average of 10 days a month. I used my irs refund to purchase a Yashika Tl Electro with a 50 mm lens. We all shot slide film and I usually took 3 rolls of film a trip. The camera worked well for me and taught me a lot about exposure. Unfortunately on a trip to Pikes Peak it was stolen. I still have a desk full of slides I haven’t looked at in years.
Thanks for all the suggestions. I did finally get encryption turned off and am able to access the drive when I need to. Thanks to all
Thanks. I’ll try that. It will a blessing to be able to use that drive. Wish I had asked sooner. Thanks for the info.
Thanks for your reply. It’s not a problem when starting the computer to use the 4 digit code. It’s the 15 character code that has to be entered to access the d drive that’s the problem. I quite often download music to copy to my phone for later listening. So far I’ve been using only the c drive to store them because of the hassle of accessing the d drive. I was hoping for a way to turn off the password requirement but appreciate your input.
Since there are quite a few computer gurus on this forum I thought I would ask for help. I ordered a Dell laptop 2 years ago with a 128 gig ssd “ C “ drive and a 1 tb “ D “ drive for pictures etc. Unfortunately the D drive is password protected ( which I did not ask for ) and I have to enter a code to unlock it every time I want to store any data. I contacted Dell about turning this feature off but only got instructions on entering the code. Anyone else had a similar experience? Thanks in advance for any help you can offer. Oh btw it’s running Windows 10.
Mark as much as you seem to know about music I have always wondered how many instruments do you play.
I used to work at Walmart until I retired. I can’t tell you the number of times people I call “ scalpers “ would come to the store and buy every PS4, Xbox, the newest doll for Xmas, all of our affordable laptops and any other desirable product we had in the store. They had an app on their phone that told them what we had in inventory. They quite often arrived the day after the shipment came in. They came in vans large enough to carry as much as they could get. I’ve been told there are people with applications on their computers that are able to purchase anything from Super Bowl tickets to electronics in huge quantities the second they become available and then they resale them at 200 to 500 % profit leaving the average consumer priced out of the market. I never said anything ugly to these individuals because of store policy but I was never pleasant to them. Small wonder these products are not available.
My first real camera was a Yashika TL-Electro. I bought it with tax refund money from my first year of military service. Unfortunately, it was stolen while on a trip up Pikes Peak, Colorado. I still have my next camera, a used Canon Ftb which served me well until I bought my current Nikon D5000. I still use many of the techniques I learned from the film camera. I doubt I’ll ever go back to film since I can see my results immediately and share pictures with friends and family at no cost.
These are all great although the last one would have been a little better if she had been a little lighter in my opinion. This is my favorite pose of them all. And I agree “ sigh “.
These are never boring. For me very educational.
