Call Adorama and tell them you didn't get the manual. I've had good luck dealing with them and they are pretty quick to make orders right.

The problem with taking pictures in the snow is that the camera will almost always overexpose. You'll need to adjust your aperture priority for this to actually underexpose. Hope this helps for future shots.

Hellow flytyer57 I'm Larry also known as L3. Nice work for someone that spends their time fishing...did you deliberately set the camera to a slower speed for the water movement, or was the camera set on aperature priority?. L3

I shot this in manual mode at f/13, 2sec., ISO 100 @ 22mm.

If I had taken that first pic, I would have it framed.

Thanks. I'm planning on getting some old barn wood and framing this pic to hang above the mantel. I have the pic of Oak Creek there now.

So let's get this straight. In most states, it may be legal to photograph what ever we want so long as we are on public property. It's only what kind of a heartless creeps we are as to photograph someones loved ones lying on the concrete or not.

Hmmmm...

I think I'll stick to only photographing car accidents that I am involved in personally, and only for the evidence of damage to the vehicles involved.

Wow! I never even thought about taking pictures of dead bodies when I started reading this thread. If I take a picture at an accident scene, it would only be damage to vehicles for evidence of said damage.

Anyone who want's to take pics of the dead is more morbid than I am.

Hey all. Just wanted to let you know there is another new guy joining this forum.

I'm more into fishing than I am photography, but I won't let that stop me. I like taking photographs and looking at what others are doing with their cameras.

Here are a few of my pics to let you know what I like shooting.

Hodgson Spring Mill, Missouri

Oak Creek, Wisconsin

Rustic Barn, Missouri

Hello everyone. First post here.

You might find some victims of accidents willing to pay for copies of any pictures you take (although I wouldn't go asking for money up front) for evidence later.

I was in an accident once and knew there was only several hundred $$$ damage to the other vehicle. By the time it got to the shop for repairs, the estimate was several thousand $$$ and the car was considered totaled over a dent in the rear quarter panel. My vehicle only had the front license plate ripped off. Now I always carry a camera in my own car because of this. Pictures of damage at the scene are worth money to me.
